On July 13, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, adopted in the second (and final) reading the bill “3822” “On the peculiarities of reforming the enterprises of the defense-industrial complex of the state form of ownership”.

The reform of the defense-industrial complex of Ukraine became imminent long ago. We are implementing changes that will give the defense industry an impetus for further development. The draft law regulates the transformation of Ukroboronprom, and its state defense enterprises, into joint-stock companies, as well as the introduction of a corporate model of state property management in the defense industry.
